Corkscrew Shots

Concept:

Throwing a shot that travels in a corkscrew like path evading the opponents shield.

Practice:

Begin by pushing the basket hilt of your sword to a horizontal position that reads as being past the leading edge of the opponents shield (not closer to them, but as perceived in a horizontal line in front of you), then twist the palm upwards and push forwards causing the blade to fall behind the opponents shield and landing across their eyes.
